Job Summary The Social Media Manager will spearhead all activities to develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy to enhance Aashni + Coβs digital presence and engage with our target audience. β Design and execute thematic social campaigns aligned with organizational goals, ensuring content is both engaging and informative β Increase social media followers and engagement, and growing followers across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc) Key Responsibilities: β Social Media Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives β Influencer Management: Identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our online presence and reach new audiences β Community Management: Oversee and engage with social media communities and groups to foster a positive and interactive online environment β Content Creation and Curation: o Work with all stakeholders create maximum content pieces per month, including posts, videos, infographics, and other formats o Lead the creation of social media posts with team, ensuring they align with the brandβs messaging and goals o Craft content for social media campaigns, including reels, stories and user generated content (UGC) contests β Analytics & Reporting: β Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly β Provide monthly reports on social media metrics, including traffic, followers, impressions and engagement β Drive the increase of social traffic to the brand website β Internal Stakeholder Management: β Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with broader organizational initiatives β Work closely with the creative director and develop creative ideas for execution β Manage internal stakeholder expectations and deliver regular updates on social media β Organize quarterly internal UGC contests to boost engagement and community interaction Qualifications and Skills β Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field. β Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role β Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and their features β Expertise in analyzing social media data other relevant metrics β Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas β Exceptional multitasking and project management skills β Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms β Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new trends and technologies in social media marketing. Experience: β 3-4 years of experience in in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality industries β Proven track record of creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness resulting in an increase in followers and collaborations with influencers and communities β Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, InShots, etc.) and social media management platforms β Ability to analyze and report on social media performance and use data to inform future strategies Skills: β Ability to create and drive content for social media β Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer behaviour β Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms β Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English writing and speaking is critical) β Creativity, a keen eye for detail and ability to think out of the box Personal Attributes: Β· Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital storytelling Β· Proactive, results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Β· Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing and presentation skills Β· A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
