Social Media Design Ninja

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Edit Short-form Videos:

  Create engaging, platform-native Reels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

• Create Static & Motion Graphics:

  Design stunning carousels, quote cards, infographics, and visual posts aligned with our brand and tone.

• Ideate & Execute:

  Work with the content team to brainstorm and translate ideas into visual formats quickly and effectively.

• Stay Ahead of Trends:

  Know what’s working across platforms, stay up to date on latest trends and be ready to adapt your design style to stay relevant.

• Manage Timelines:

  Work at ninja speed—projects will often have tight turnarounds, and you should be comfortable delivering quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Platform-First Thinking:

  Understand the difference between what works on Instagram vs LinkedIn vs Facebook and tailor creatives accordingly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content design.

• Advanced proficiency in Canva

• Strong handle on the

  Adobe Suite

• Strong portfolio of past social media posts, especially reels and carousels.
• Ability to work on

  multiple projects simultaneously and deliver fast

  .
• Eye for clean, modern design and love for visual storytelling.
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies and best practices.
