About the Role

Social Media cum Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a
monthly social media strategy
aligned with business goals and campaigns.
Plan, manage, and publish content calendars across
Instagram & YouTube
.
Create and curate
posts, reels/shorts, carousels, and stories
ensuring brand consistency.
Manage community engagement: respond to comments/DMs, escalate issues, and nurture advocates.
Conduct
social listening, competitor tracking
, and recommend experiments/A/B tests.
Coordinate with
design, content, SEO, CRM, and sales teams
for integrated campaigns.
Support influencer collaborations, including drafting briefs and managing contracts.

Requirements

Passion for
social media, digital marketing, and content creation
.
Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and trending content formats.
Strong communication & creative writing skills.
Ability to multitask, collaborate, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be an added advantage.
