Social Media & Content Design Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Design Specialist to manage our company’s online presence and visual identity. This role is responsible for designing engaging content, maintaining consistency across platforms, and ensuring all messaging aligns with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
• Design visually appealing and brand-consistent content including posts, stories, banners, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaign materials.
• Review, proof, and verify content for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Track performance metrics, monitor social media trends, and optimize content for engagement and reach.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage actively with the online community.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content design.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
