Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) aligned with brand tone & trends.
Research latest social media trends, sounds, and hashtags to maximize reach.
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
Repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Optimize posts for maximum engagement (captions, hooks, thumbnails, timing).
Track analytics & suggest improvements for better performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in creating viral reels/shorts with good views.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Twitter content style.
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
Basic to advanced video editing skills.
Consistency & ability to deliver within deadlines.
AI knowledge, Strong communication, Strong Accent

Bonus Skills:

Experience in influencer marketing/collaborations.
Photography or graphic designing knowledge.
