About the job

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to manage our social platforms, plan and create compelling content, handle the team and boost our digital presence to attract and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities

● Understand and deeply analyze client requirements and goals to align the team with the needed social media and content strategies effectively.

● Continuously brainstorm creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

● Make sure to stay updated with the latest trends and get behind the team to execute them, as and when needed

● Take responsibility for the team members and duly prepare and present the strategies to optimize their growth

● Take extra care and caution in the quality control and assurance in the ongoing digital marketing projects

● Monitor and guide the digital marketing team and make a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Atleast 2+ years of experience in social media and content creation.
• Strong command of English with the ability to write creative content.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
