Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Write catchy captions, scripts, and marketing copy aligned with brand tone
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to deliver engaging visuals and reels
• Research industry trends to create relevant, high-performing content
• Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting
• Track and analyze content performance to improve engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
• Proficiency in creating short-form content, reels, and storytelling
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools preferred
