Social Media & Content Creator (In-House)

About Role :

We are looking for a creative and energetic content creator to manage the social media presence of our new restobar. You will capture the vibe, food, cocktails, music, and people in an engaging way and turn them into content that excites our audience on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts).
• Create photo & video content highlighting ambience, cocktails, food, and events.
• Stay updated with trending sounds, memes, and formats to make the content viral.
• Manage daily posting, hashtags, captions, and community engagement.
• Cover live events, parties, and promotions at the restobar.
• Coordinate with management for campaigns, offers, and special events.
• Work closely with bartenders, chefs, DJs, and staff to create fun behind-the-scenes content.
• Track performance (views, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and social media algorithms.
• Good at shooting with smartphones (iPhone/Android) and using editing apps (CapCut,

InShot, VN, Lightroom).

• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for posters and stories.
• Creative, outgoing, and confident to interact with customers (for fun clips/testimonials).
• Passion for food, nightlife, music, and pop culture.
• Ability to work during evenings/weekends for event coverage.

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or videography.
• Freshers welcome if they are creative and social-media-savvy.
• Portfolio of Instagram.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2D animation: 1 year (Preferred)
