Social Media & Content Assistant (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Content Assistant who can bring fresh ideas, support daily content tasks, and grow with the role.

Location:

This is a full-time entry-level role where you’ll assist with managing social media, designing creatives, and supporting video and content production. You don’t need years of experience — just the basics of Canva and video editing, an eye for aesthetics, and the enthusiasm to learn and grow.

• Assist in managing social media accounts including posting, scheduling, and engagement tracking
• Create graphics and posts on Canva aligned with brand aesthetics
• Perform basic video editing for reels, shorts, and YouTube content
• Support with image editing and maintaining visual consistency across platforms
• Brainstorm and prepare content ideas, research, and scripts
• Track social media trends and suggest creative strategies
• Provide assistance in content shoots, coordination, and execution when required

• Based in or around West Delhi with flexibility for occasional office visits
• Not very finicky about travelling to the office when required
• Freshers or entry-level candidates preferred – students in their final year or recent graduates welcome
• Basic working knowledge of Canva and any simple video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Filmora
• Good sense of design, aesthetics, and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
