Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Social Media Community Builder. The role involves managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging and creative content for various platforms, planning and executing social media strategies, and engaging with the online community. The role also requires collaborating with the marketing team to align online content with branding objectives and ensuring audience engagement and growth through digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to grow and manage online communities
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Communication for crafting engaging and impactful posts and interactions
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies to align social media efforts with broader organizational objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve social media performance
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for social media analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in social media or community engagement is a plus
