What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, briefs, and expectations clearly.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Ensure timely approvals, feedback management, and high client satisfaction.
• Track deliverables, share performance updates, and suggest improvements.
• Build long-term relationships by providing excellent service and consistent results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in

  client servicing for social media/digital marketing

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with ease.
• Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented.
