Job Description

As a Social Media & Campaign Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content that resonates with the audience across various social media platforms and internal communication channels. Your deep understanding of content-led design and campaign thinking will be key in driving engagement and alignment within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging graphics and motion content for social media, including static posts, reels, stories, carousels, and thumbnails. - Conceptualize and develop creative assets for internal communication campaigns such as newsletters, posters, and digital signages. - Support product marketing efforts through launch visuals, explainer creatives, and sales enablement design. - Collaborate closely with content strategists and campaign managers to bring creative ideas to life. - Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, and Canva for visual generation and creative ideation. - Present concepts confidently to both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communication channels. - Stay updated on evolving design and social media trends. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media and campaign execution. - Strong portfolio demonstrating content-first design approach and brand storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma. - Familiarity with AI design tools to enhance creative workflows. - Strong visual sense encompassing design, color, typography, and motion. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Previous experience in designing for internal communication, product marketing, or corporate campaigns is advantageous. - Ability to align visuals with campaign objectives effectively.
