Social Media Buying Manager

As a Social Media Buying Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Digital team, which oversees media planning and buying for numerous brands worldwide. Your main focus will be on managing campaign executions across various verticals, such as baby products, beauty, homecare & wellness, pet supplies, and confectionery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all Social Media Campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective results on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and Pinterest. You will collaborate closely with your line manager in Auckland, New Zealand, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills across different time zones. In addition to managing global media buying efforts, you will be tasked with leading and growing a team of Media Buying Executives and a Social Media Buying Coordinator based in India. Your role will involve onboarding new team members, developing their skills, and ensuring operational excellence within the team. Key responsibilities also include managing campaign buying and optimization, maintaining reporting and dashboards, upholding quality assurance standards, and supporting the career development of the India team. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in multiple global markets will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Media Buying, with a strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok Ads Manager. Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude are highly valued, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
