Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, creating engaging content, and assisting in developing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and report on results.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to create engaging posts, stories, and videos.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure that all posts are scheduled timely.
• Monitor trends in social media and bring new ideas to increase engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns as needed.
• Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is an advantage.
