Role Overview: As part of Viral Labs, a consulting firm specializing in shaping narratives and distributing top consumer apps, your role will be to serve as the operations engine for multiple virality projects. This will involve organizing, tracking, coordinating, and executing various tasks to ensure the success of these projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage campaign execution by coordinating timelines, approvals, reminders, and submissions for multiple brand campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from idea delivery. - Coordinate with creators by sourcing, shortlisting, reaching out, following up, maintaining clean records, and ensuring no misses. - Handle internal operations by maintaining trackers, timelines, files, dashboards, documents, contracts, etc. - Provide research support by conducting competitor research, creating creator lists, and discovering trends to keep the team informed promptly. - Administer momentum by obtaining necessary documents, approvals, access, communication, and miscellaneous operations without delays. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate high ownership and the ability to handle tasks without dropping the ball. - Possess strong communication skills and a commitment to follow-through on responsibilities. - Comfortable working in unstructured environments and dealing with ambiguity. - Willingness to take on unglamorous tasks without ego. - Previous experience in operations, content coordination, or managing content/creators for 1 to 2 years in operations, content coordination, or agency environments.
