The Job

taste + persistence + passion.

• Find creators and micro-influencers who actually match Brewy’s identity and not random #ad accounts.
• DM, coordinate, and seed bottles/gift boxes.
• Follow up and make sure the posts actually go live.
• Keep the influencer pipeline organised → who got bottles, who posted, who’s still pending.
• Coordinate and execute all the UGC neatly for the team so Brewy’s content always feels alive

Who You Are

• You run your

  own Instagram page

  (fits, memes, moodboards, edits). Share your page. 
• You have a

  strong sense of aesthetic

  — you can instantly tell who “feels Brewy” and who doesn’t.
• Strong organizing and communication skills
• You’re smooth in DMs, can handle 50 convos at once without getting messy.
• You’re in college or just out, hungry to

  grow with a brand and create some actually actionable difference

  , not just chase a stipend.
• You get that this is

  startup hustle

  : some weeks chaotic, some chill, but always full of energy.

• Based out of Mumbai.

  Mostly WFH, but sometimes need you in person sometimes for shoots or meetups
