Our client is an online university dedicated to delivering high-quality educational content about Hinduism. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to help amplify their message across social media platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Assistant will create engaging and informative social media content focusing on Hinduism. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Sanskrit and a strong command of English, with the ability to produce content that resonates with both cultural and educational aspects of Hinduism.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Instagram Reels and other social media content focused on Hinduism, including concepts, teachings, and quotes.

• Integrate simple Sanskrit words or phrases into content and explain them in relatable terms for a diverse audience.

• Craft compelling captions that effectively convey the essence of Hindu philosophy in a digestible and engaging manner.

• Collaborate with the client's marketing team to align content with current educational campaigns and initiatives.

• Research topics to ensure content is accurate, respectful, and culturally sensitive.

• Monitor social media trends to enhance content engagement and optimize social media strategies.

• Respond to community interactions on social media platforms in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Sanskrit, with the ability to incorporate and explain simple Sanskrit terms in social media content.

• Strong command of the English language, with excellent comprehension and writing skills.

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, particularly Instagram Reels or similar formats.

• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, Quso.AI).

• Passion for Hinduism and an understanding of key concepts and teachings.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Hindu scriptures, mythology, or cultural practices
