Social Media Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to optimize content strategy.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency in all content.
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
• Prepare reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Understanding of social media advertising and budget management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
