Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the reception area, assisting with online reviews, having knowledge of social media, and supporting the Director in conducting boot camps. As the ideal candidate, you should be well-spoken, organized, and presentable with strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the reception desk, greet and assist visitors, and maintain a professional front-office environment. - Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic administrative tasks. - Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback across platforms. - Coordinate and assist in planning, organizing, and conducting boot camps with the Director. - Provide logistical and operational support during sessions, workshops, and events. - Maintain records, schedules, and follow-ups as directed. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline (preferred: business, hospitality, or related fields). - Freshers or college pass-outs may apply. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in reception, operations, or event coordination will be preferred. - Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms. - Presentable, confident, and able to handle front-facing responsibilities.,
