Role Overview


This role sits at the intersection of content, creativity, and analytics.

You ll manage Qubiqon s online presence across social media, web, and paid channels amplifying our voice in the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond.

If you re a curious marketer with 2 4 years of experience, skilled in social media, digital campaigns, SEO, and basic website management, this is your chance to build the next phase of our digital brand story.

Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Brand Storytelling

  1. Plan, create, and publish engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube, aligning with the brand voice.
  2. Collaborate with design and leadership teams to create thought-leadership content, reels, and tech-driven stories.
  3. Track ecosystem trends, industry hashtags, and community updates to inspire relevant campaigns.
  4. Manage social engagement responding to comments, messages, and community queries with authenticity.

Digital Campaigns & Growth Marketing

  1. Assist in planning and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns focused on awareness and lead generation.
  2. Conduct keyword and audience research using AI-driven insights and analytics tools.
  3. Track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and continuously iterate for better ROI.
  4. Collaborate on landing pages and lead funnels that connect campaigns to tangible business outcomes.

Digital Visibility & Search Optimization (Next-Gen SEO)

  1. Implement SEO best practices from on-page optimization to structured content tagging focused on discoverability and authority.
  2. Integrate AI-based optimization tools to identify trends and improve reach.
  3. Work with the content team to shape articles, case studies, and landing pages that rank and resonate.
  4. Monitor traffic, engagement, and brand mentions across web and search touchpoints.

Website Management & Landing Pages

  1. Maintain and update the website adding case studies, success stories, and event posts.
  2. Use WordPress or Webflow to manage content, structure, and layout updates.
  3. Build simple landing pages for campaigns and ensure they are SEO-ready, mobile-optimized, and analytics-tracked.
  4. Support cross-team collaboration for new microsites, event portals, or campaign hubs.

Analytics, Insights & AI Tools

  1. Build dashboards to track engagement, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics, Power BI, and LinkedIn analytics.
  2. Leverage AI-based marketing assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for campaign research and content optimization.
  3. Share monthly insight reports highlighting performance, learnings, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 2 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or web management.
  2. Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, analytics tools, and website CMS (WordPress/Webflow).
  3. Strong grasp of content marketing and storytelling for B2B / tech audiences.
  4. Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and Canva or Adobe tools.
  5. Analytical and creative mindset comfortable turning data into insight.
  6. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  1. Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or AI Marketing tools.
  2. Experience running LinkedIn B2B campaigns.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Fabric).
  4. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web editing tools.
