If you’re passionate about configuring, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 to drive sales and customer service excellence, we should talk. Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service). Strong techno-functional expertise-you can configure, customize, and extend D365 CE using Power Automate, JavaScript, Plugins, and PowerApps. Experience in business process automation, workflow management, and entity customizations. Knowledge of Dataverse, Power BI, and AI-driven insights to enhance CRM functionality. Experience integrating D365 with third-party applications, APIs, and Azure services. Understanding of role-based security, access controls, and data governance in D365 CE.
