Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in DM.

Responsibilities: Digital Marketing

· Identify industry trends and execute SEO, SMO, PPC, and SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

· Analyse and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.

· Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and develop effective link-building strategies.

· Optimize websites and landing pages to improve user experience and maximize ROI.

· Recommend and implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements.

· Manage and grow social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content and audience interactions.

· Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for leadership teams.

· Perform detailed website and social media audits to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and lead the execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy.

· Create and manage engaging digital content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

· Design and maintain basic websites, ensuring mobile-friendliness and UX optimization.

· Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend and cost-efficiency.

· Maintain a strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work rotational shifts
• Must reside within 8 km of the office or be ready to relocate
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
