Job Description

As a creative and analytical individual, you will be responsible for managing online advertising campaigns and creating high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. - Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. - Design engaging social media creatives, banners, posters, and ad visuals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan creative campaigns. - Create short videos or reels for promotional use (basic video editing skills preferred). - Manage page insights, ad budgets, and performance reports. - Ensure all creatives reflect our brand's artistic and devotional aesthetic. Requirements: - Proven experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads management. - Strong skills in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (any design tool). - Basic understanding of target audiences and marketing analytics. - Creativity with attention to detail and design consistency. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in furniture, art, or temple-related brands. - Knowledge of devotional or cultural aesthetics is a plus. In this full-time position, you will be working in person at the company's location.
