Track brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry conversations across social media platforms and online forums.
Identify emerging trends, audience sentiments, and potential crisis triggers.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on social mentions, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis.

2. Reporting & Insights

Prepare reports highlighting key insights, performance trends, and audience behavior patterns.
Translate listening data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations for the strategy, creative, and PR teams.

3. Tool Management

Work proficiently with tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Continuously optimize queries, filters, and dashboards for accuracy and relevance.
