SOC L1 Analyst

Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows/Linux System Administration, with a focus on configuration, patching, operations, and day-to-day management. Your role will involve providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, patching, and managing components offered for IRSOC. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management Solution. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support to users, monitoring alerts/incidents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective operation of IRSOC. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support to Users located in respective Zones/PUs/CTIs for any issues related to Solutions provided for IRSOC. - Monitor Zone/PUs/CTIs specific Alerts/Incidents and escalate to the concerned authority in IR. - Coordinate with various Stakeholders in IR for the effective operation of IRSOC. - Coordinate with the Central SOC Team for any Incidents/guidance. - Perform periodic updates/upgrades of Devices/Solutions provided under IRSOC at their respective Zones/Units. - Assist Users in the installation and configuration of Next Gen AV+EDR on their systems and ensure patches are applied at identified devices under the scope of IRSOC. Qualification Required: - Qualified Degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/ Electronics/Telecommunication (EC & T) / IT with a minimum of 2 years of experience. OR - BCA/ B.Sc.-IT/ B.Sc. (Computers) with a minimum of 4 years of experience.,
