Designing playbooks using Azure Logic Apps to automate triage, enrichment, and remediation Integrating with third-party systems like ServiceNow, Jira, Teams, and Slack Creating both manual and automated triggers for alerts and incidents.Managing automation rules to orchestrate multi-step responses across analytics rules Participate in transformation workshops and SLA discussions to refine KPIs and metrics Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance reviews Power BI developers are responsible for designing and maintaining real-time, interactive dashboards that provide visibility into SOC operations.
Key tasks include:
Building and enhancing dashboards for CXOs and SOC leads using Power BI Service and Desktop Integrating data from Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, and other telemetry sources.Implementing predictive analytics and anomaly detection using GenAI models Automating data refreshes, alerts, and scorecards to support SLA and KPI tracking GenAI developers are tasked with embedding intelligent automation into SOC workflows. Co-creating AI-driven playbooks and prompts that learn and improve with each incident Using Microsoft Copilot Agents and Kyndryl Bridge to enable autonomous threat detection and response Developing conversational interfaces and chatbot visuals in Power BI for interactive analyticsAlign automation and analytics with business objectives and compliance standards
