Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Delhi, India. The role is hybrid, allowing for some work from home. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The candidate will also work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to negotiate and close deals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid role
• Experience with welding, brazing, and coating technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
