Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable data models using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets.
  • Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production.

 

Skills

  • Data analysts with SQL skills who can analyse data & develop reports using Looker, Domo tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
