Snowflake Developer

As a Snowflake developer, you will be responsible for various tasks associated with the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications on the Snowflake platform. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete software development lifecycle, from designing to maintaining applications within the Snowflake platform. - Implementing ETL pipelines both inside and outside data warehouses. - Writing and optimizing SQL queries for Snowflake querying. - Developing database design and reporting based on business intelligence (BI) requirements. - Writing scripts using languages such as Python and Unix for ETL jobs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and provide status reports. - Integrating with third-party data sources and tools. - Creating and implementing identity and access management features. - Ensuring security compliances with encryption standards. - Managing transactions using distributed data processing algorithms. - Developing new code and updating existing code through reverse engineering. - Maintaining data security and confidentiality. - Assessing and managing risks with appropriate mitigation plans. - Performing database migration activities within databases or between on-premises and cloud environments.
