Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Executive to join our dynamic and fast-growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and mar-tech. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns using tools like Salesforce , Mailchimp , Zapier , and others. The goal is to automate workflows, improve engagement, and support sales with conversion-focused marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize communication workflows via Email, SMS, WhatsApp , and other digital platforms. Use automation tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Mailchimp , or similar to build and schedule campaigns. Track and analyze user behavior to trigger personalized communications based on lifecycle stages. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver compelling messages that drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven improvements. Maintain integrations between tools and automate repetitive marketing tasks. Keep the CRM and marketing databases clean, segmented, and up-to-date. What Were Looking For: Strong interest in marketing automation and digital campaigns . Basic understanding of CRM, email marketing , and automation tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Analytical and communication skills with a learner’s mindset. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment . Nice to Have (Optional): Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zapier, HubSpot , etc. Experience with Google Sheets, Excel , and basic HTML/CSS (for email formatting).
