SMM | PPC Specialist | Paid Ads

We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive – Chennai (Onsite Only)

Are you passionate about Social Media Marketing (SMM) with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads? We’re looking for someone creative, analytical, and proactive to lead both organic and paid social campaigns for our international clients, mainly in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage SMM campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Handle both organic and paid social strategies — from content planning to execution.
• Run paid ad campaigns across Meta & Google Ads platforms; set up audiences, bidding, and conversions.
• Track and optimize performance using CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Create content calendars, write ad copies, and coordinate with designers on creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, formats, and audiences.
• Analyze performance reports via GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on social trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in SMM, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of both organic social strategies and paid campaign optimization.
• Experience working with international clients, especially in AU/NZ markets.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Background in industries like eCommerce, Auto, Healthcare, or Finance is a plus.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
