Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Create engaging video content using Video Editing tools & Photo Editing software.
Manage digital content calendar and schedule posts accordingly.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for SMM campaigns.
Monitor analytics reports to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) or related field.
Strong understanding of Bengali language and culture.
Proficiency in creating high-quality visual content using Canva, Image Editing software, Photo Editing tools, Video Editing software.
Excellent copy writing skills with ability to write engaging captions, descriptions, headlines etc.
