The SME-Quality Management HC Ops role is crucial for upholding the highest standards of healthcare product quality and credentialing procedures. As a candidate, you will play a key role in optimizing operations, improving service delivery, and contributing to the company's mission of enhancing healthcare outcomes. This position involves working in a hybrid model and night shifts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality management processes for healthcare products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring credentialing and re-credentialing procedures to maintain the integrity and reliability of healthcare services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement in healthcare operations and develop actionable strategies. Analyzing data and metrics will be a significant part of your role to assess the effectiveness of quality management initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in healthcare product quality will be essential in addressing complex challenges and providing expert guidance. You will also conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of quality management and credentialing processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation related to quality management and credentialing, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Coordination with external stakeholders will be necessary to ensure seamless integration of credentialing processes within healthcare operations. Regular audits will be conducted to evaluate compliance with established quality standards, and you will recommend corrective actions as needed. Your qualifications for this role should include a strong background in healthcare product quality management with a focus on credentialing and re-credentialing processes. Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive improvements, excellent communication skills, experience in conducting audits, and the ability to develop comprehensive documentation are essential. Moreover, you should be adept at facilitating training sessions, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting the development of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Certifications in Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) are required for this position. By fulfilling these responsibilities and qualifications, you will play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare products and services meet the highest quality standards and contribute to the company's overarching mission.,
