SME on BMC Products

Role Overview: You will be the BMC Software Lead Education Developer, serving as the technical development expert in assigned BMC product areas and proficient in development tools and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop complex standard and customer training content, working on multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Stay updated on the latest BMC technology changes and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BMC products. - Build a network of SMEs for knowledge sharing and support. - Develop content of high quality following the latest standards. - Create Advanced level & Expert level courses, and certifications for BMC customers & partners. - Generate product images for the team and troubleshoot image & lab problems independently or with SME assistance. - Assist the team in efficiently migrating the gold image. - Conduct lab testing for courses. Qualification Required: - Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in BMC products. - Hold a BE or MBA Graduate degree. - Demonstrate very deep experience and technical knowledge around BMC products.
