You will be joining as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BMC products with a required experience of 3-5 years specifically on BMC products. As an SME, your primary responsibility will be to stay updated with the latest BMC technology changes and build a network of SMEs for knowledge sharing. Your role involves developing high-quality training content based on the latest standards for both standard and customized training programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Advanced level & Expert level courses and certifications for BMC customers & partners. You will also play a key role in building product images for the team, troubleshooting image & lab problems independently or with SME help, and assisting the team in the efficient migration of the gold image. Moreover, you will be involved in lab testing for courses and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Your expertise in BMC products and technical knowledge will be crucial in delivering exceptional training content and supporting the team in various development projects.
