Role Overview: As a Software Engineering Leader at Capgemini, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Your role involves defining and executing software engineering strategies, leading project portfolios, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and championing agile methodologies and best practices. Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging technologies, cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, and oversee resource planning and performance tracking.
