About TenXCFO:

TenXCFO is a digital-first platform that helps SMEs scale their businesses 10X faster through AI-based analytics, strategy, domestic & overseas network and access to growth capital. TenXCFO will soft launch on November 1, 2025 with official roll out on Jan 1, 2026.

We are building a strong network of SME Growth Partners, professionals who understand both the numbers and the people behind growing businesses.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager (SME Growth Partner), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding promising SME clients to the TenXCFO platform.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SME Business Banking with a leading commercial bank, possessing access to an active SME client network or portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and onboard SME clients with annual revenues between ?50 Cr ?250 Cr (or AED 20 million AED 100 million)
  • Engage with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers to understand their growth challenges and financial needs
  • Introduce TenXCFO's AI-led business diagnostics, advisory, investor readiness, and access to capital
  • Represent TenXCFO at regional SME forums, industry associations, and banking circles to build brand presence
  • Report market insights, competitive intelligence, and client trends to leadership for strategic alignment

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, or Commercial Banking from a top-tier bank (e.g., HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Emirates NBD, FAB, Mashreq, ADCB, etc)
  • Proven network of SME clients or portfolio relationship exposure
  • Strong understanding of SME lending, working capital, trade finance, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent relationship management, business acumen, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-growth, tech-driven environment
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making
