Location: India / UAE Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (SME Growth Partner), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding promising SME clients to the TenXCFO platform. Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in SME Business Banking with a leading commercial bank, possessing access to an active SME client network or portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and onboard SME clients with annual revenues between ?50 Cr ?250 Cr (or AED 20 million AED 100 million) Engage with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers to understand their growth challenges and financial needs Introduce TenXCFO's AI-led business diagnostics, advisory, investor readiness, and access to capital Represent TenXCFO at regional SME forums, industry associations, and banking circles to build brand presence Report market insights, competitive intelligence, and client trends to leadership for strategic alignment Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Business Banking, or Commercial Banking from a top-tier bank (e.g., HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Emirates NBD, FAB, Mashreq, ADCB, etc) Proven network of SME clients or portfolio relationship exposure Strong understanding of SME lending, working capital, trade finance, and financial statement analysis Excellent relationship management, business acumen, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-growth, tech-driven environment Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making Compensation & Benefits: Competitive fixed pay + attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to earn recurring income from long-term client relationships onboarded to the platform Access to an expanding ecosystem of CFOs, investors, and SME founders Hybrid / flexible work structure (depending on geography)
