Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Controlling and Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements, including the review of financial results, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and provide recommendations for improving profitability and cost management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track and communicate financial performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure the integrity of financial controls and accounting processes, mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of tax and financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop team members skills and capabilities through training and career development initiatives.
• Work closely with finance, legal, and other business departments to ensure seamless coordination of tax and financial matters.
• Build relationships with external tax advisors, legal consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Masters in Commerce / Bachelor in Commerce.
• 4+ years of experience in Tax & Financial controlling.
• Strong interpersonal & Presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills required in both written & oral communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS office skills particularly in excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in ERP / applications SAP, Oracle and applications like Blackline
• Innovative and analysis skills are required to deal with complex data, identify discrepancies and suggest for cost saving opportunities.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts & working hours
