Job Description

Job Title: Buyer - Indirect Procurement

Job Summary:

The Buyer Indirect Procurement is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of non-production goods and services (e.g., IT, marketing, facilities, professional services). This role supports cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
Conduct RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations to ensure best value.
Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support contract management and renewals.
Drive digitalization and process improvements in procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems.
