Were on a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world, starting with automating document processing. Our deep learning models convert any type of paper document into structured data. Weve already implemented our solutions at several top insurance companies in India, helping them reduce operational costs and manual data entry efforts.
We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to help build the foundation of our revenue programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to:
Be an early member of the sales team
Work directly with the founder
Own outbound sales campaigns and strategies
Manage our lead database and run multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Own US-focused outbound lead generation strategy and execution
Align with the SDR team on coordinated outbound and account-based strategies
Execute hyper-personalized LinkedIn and cold calling campaigns
Support in webinars, content campaigns, and partnerships by building lists, landing pages, emails, and tracking performance
Work on generating qualified leads and engaging contacts from target accounts
Learn and apply B2B sales strategies focused on the US market
Execute and track successful campaigns with measurable outcomes
Maintain strong organizational and communication skills while managing multiple priorities
01 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or relevant internships (preferably at a startup)
Passion to learn US-based B2B sales and outbound demand generation
A proactive and self-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, and email campaign platforms is a plus
