SmartCOMM Developer - Template Development

As a SmartComm Developer at OpenTeQ Group, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartComm) platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining SmartComm templates and communication solutions to meet business and customer requirements. - Developing and managing data models within SmartComm for dynamic and personalized communications. - Integrating SmartComm with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Guidewire, and other backend systems. - Working with XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data transformation formats for dynamic content rendering. - Developing and consuming SOAP/RESTful web services to facilitate system integration and automation. - Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality communication assets. - Performing debugging and troubleshooting of SmartComm applications, templates, and APIs. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Smart Communications (SmartComm). - Strong proficiency in template development, data modeling, and SmartComm design components. - Proven integration experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Guidewire, etc. - Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST). - Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
