As a Smart Communications (Thunderhead) developer in the IT Advisory Services team, you will be involved in package implementation and prototype development projects for global customers. Your key responsibilities will include working as a team leader to contribute to technical streams of Smart Communications implementation projects. You will interface with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor the project team, provide regular status reports, interact with customer representatives, and travel to customer locations when necessary. Your experience should include expertise in Smart Communications end-to-end integrations such as Appliance setup, custom Template selector creation, Output processor setup, and custom fonts setup. You should also possess design and development skills to create resource files effectively, experience in setting up multiple channel outputs, and skills in job monitoring and analysis for Smart Communications. To be successful in this role, you must have a BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with 6 to 8 years of industry experience, specifically in Smart Communications (Thunderhead) tool for document generation and customization. Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, XML, and knowledge of Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic is required. Experience in Agile methodology, enterprise system integration, and insurance domain background is preferred. Skills and attributes for success include working on Smart Communications implementations, being a certified professional, technical leadership experience, Agile methodology understanding, real-time enterprise system integration knowledge, excellent business communication skills, and prior client-facing experience. Additionally, you should have the ability to manage direct reports" performance, foster teamwork, provide training and mentoring to project resources, and participate in organization-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, enthusiasm for Smart Communications technology, and a desire to contribute to quality implementations for insurers globally.,
