Urgently required "Mill Head" for our esteemed organization Vaaman Engineer (India) Ltd. Roles and Responsibilities Operation & Maintenance experience Required : 1. Support in maintenance activities (PMI, Inspection, Breakdowns and Scheduled maintenance). 2. Planning and executing time based Annual/Half yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Plant Shutdown. 3. Working to measure and improve OEE of plants and critical equipment. Also guiding the team to reduce MTTR and improve MTBF. 4. Ownership and implementing Vedantas Asset Optimization modules like PM, CBM, RCA, and process optimization. 5. To monitor Scorecard for plant performances, ensure compliances and improve KPIs as per the client requirement. 6. Implementing Zero Injuries for employees while performing day to day activities. 7. Implementing Asset Optimization Module for performing day to day activities. 8. O & M of process plant having Ball mill- flotation -tank cells , Metso/FLS filters , Thickeners, agitators , Slurry pumps ,compressor, vacuum pump , Conveyors , PD pumps , , Gyratory & cone crushers , Screens. 9. Handling of unionized workers. 10. Promoting and implementation of 5S in various plants and office for improving housekeeping of the working areas. Flexible to move in the field immediately according to the customer urgencies & spent time customer 20-25 days in a month. 10. To support to generate enquiries and target replacement of competitor equipment. 11. Accountable for AR and NT in the region. Experience: 7-10 years experience in customer service of centrifugal Industrial slurry pumps in Mining, Aggregates, Recycling & process industry.
