Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our team and provide personalized skincare treatments and advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skin health, treatments, and products, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations. Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including: Facials Extractions Chemical peels Microdermabrasion LED therapy Dermaplaning (if certified) Recommend skincare regimens and retail products based on individual client needs. Maintain detailed and accurate client records. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and tools. Educate clients on proper home-care routines. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products. Meet individual and team-based sales targets for treatments and products.
