As a Skills Coach at The Soft Skills Studio, you will play a crucial role in training and mentoring individuals in various soft skills. This full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram offers the flexibility of working from home. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting engaging training sessions, creating relevant training materials, monitoring participant progress, and offering valuable feedback to aid in their development. Previous experience in training, coaching, and mentoring is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. You should be adept at assessing individual needs to customize training sessions effectively and have proficiency in preparing and delivering training materials. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment is key, while prior experience in soft skills training will be advantageous.
