Skill development Lead

Candidate must have a regular degree on MBA HR/IR.

• 5-7 years in total - HR/Industrial Relations/ Technical (Process Industry - Smelter plant) (mandatory)
• 5-7 years of training partnership relationship management
• Experience in training need assessment, training identification, training effectiveness (RoI) and large scale delivery (preferred)
• Steer the skill development agenda by understanding learning needs for technical/ non-technical domains, demand planning, and designing appropriate interventions
• Work closely with client HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to establish strategy & implementation plan to drive effective skill development outcomes
• Identification of Training needs based on business requirements, role requirement and gaps
• Maintains liaison with 3rd party training/ outsourcing partners for skill development interventions, Act as contract manager to manage external training partners for coverage, efficient delivery and contract renegotiation with the partners
• Coordinate timely delivery of statutory trainings in partnership with Principal Employers' mandate and further maintain training calendar for MIS reporting
• Monitor quality, service levels, effectiveness etc. and maintain/ assess associated documentation
• Technical savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS; ability to learn new software programs quickly
• Good communications and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
