Position: Skating Coach

Responsibilities:

• Coaching: Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced.
• Skill Development: Teach essential skating techniques, including balance, coordination, speed, and agility.
• Athlete Development: Foster athletes' physical, mental, and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship.
• Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision.
• Competitions: Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance.
• Team Building: Promote a positive and supportive team environment among athletes.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background.
• Strong knowledge of skating techniques, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
• Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
