• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and optimize digital experiences
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore CMS

• Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 years of experience with Sitecore CMS development
• Strong understanding of CMS architecture and integration
