Site Visit Quality Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Visit Quality Auditor to evaluate the quality and professionalism of our Sales Team during client site visits. The ideal candidate will ensure that every interaction between our sales executives and potential clients aligns with the company’s standards, delivering accurate information, proper conduct, and effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit On-Site Client Visits:

Attend and monitor client site visits conducted by the sales team.

Observe and assess sales team behavior, professionalism, and communication.

Ensure the correct information is being shared with clients as per project details.

Checklist & SOP Compliance:

Verify adherence to company-defined checklists and parameters.

Evaluate if the sales executive is following the site visit SOPs.

Ensure all required collaterals (brochures, pricing sheets, etc.) are presented properly.

Performance Feedback:

Document strengths and gaps observed during the site visits.

Provide structured feedback to the reporting manager on each audited visit.

Recommend improvement areas for sales team training and conduct.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong observational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a must.

Confidence in assessing body language and soft skills.

Ability to handle sensitive feedback tactfully.
